Best overall view of the registered title
Not sure? The register and plan bundle gives the best overall view of a registered title, because the two documents are designed to be read together.

An optional one-off upgrade keeps your documents for the lifetime of your account. The vault stores documents purchased through Land Registry Docs only.
Flats, leaseholds, garages and land without an address
Some properties are more involved than a single house on a single title. We check every order by hand and contact you before continuing if the picture is unclear.
Flats and leaseholds
A flat usually has its own leasehold title, and the building often has a separate freehold title. We help you order the right one — or both.
Garages and parking
Garages, parking spaces and gardens are sometimes registered under their own title numbers, separate from the main property.
Multiple titles
If we find more than one potentially relevant title, we pause and show you the options before retrieving anything.
Land without an address
Fields, paddocks and plots without a postal address can still be ordered using a description, map link or coordinates. See how.
Common questions
What documents can I order?+
You can order a copy of the Title Register, a copy of the Title Plan, or both together as a bundle, for registered property and land in England and Wales.
How quickly will I receive my documents?+
Most orders are delivered in around 1–2 hours during office hours once the registered title has been identified. If an address has more than one possible title, we contact you before continuing, which can add time.
Is this HM Land Registry?+
No. Land Registry Docs is an independent document retrieval service and is not affiliated with HM Land Registry or the UK Government. You can buy title documents directly from HM Land Registry at a lower cost; our fee covers document retrieval, address checking, secure delivery and customer support.
Does the title plan show my exact boundary?+
Usually not. Title plans normally show general boundaries and do not establish the precise legal position of a boundary. If a boundary matters to a decision you are making, take professional advice.
Can I find out who owns a property?+
The Title Register normally shows the name of the registered owner where recorded, along with the property description, tenure and any recorded rights, restrictions and charges.
